Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
Release: 14.04

According to Russian goverment there was a lot of changes in tzdata v2014f. It would be nice if this version (or 2014g) will appear in Ubuntu in short amount of time.

Russia will subtract an hour from most of its time zones on 2014-10-26.

Three days left.

But LTS Lucid, Precise and Trusty still has no updated tzdata (at least 2014f).
