wording on first run of twinkle-console could be improved

twinkle relies on creating the configuration from the GUI. When twinkle-console runs without any configuration present it outputs "Critical: Cannot open file for reading: /home/user/.twinkle/twinkle.cfg" The wording could be improved. It should say something along the lines of "Copy a working configuration from somewhere else or run the GUI at least once to create the configuration file".

Just for the record, "Twinkle not working" is a duplicate of this bug. This is quite a bit more important than "wording on first run of twinkle-console could be improved". I can confirm that it doesn't work at all, even with a valid profile. Opinions may vary, I would call that a critical bug.

VanillaMozilla: If Twinkle fails to run even with a valid profile, this is a different matter, and you should definitely file a new bug.
