tvtime won't start with natty 11.04

iam using ubuntu natty 11.04 version in previous versions of ubuntu 10.04 i ran tvtime successfully without any trouble now iam getting trouble with newer version of ubuntu.please guide me what to do iam getting error.when i run tvtime:

i did :modprobe saa7134 card=3 tuner=69 which is exactly the same configuration of my tv tuner and
update-pciids ---command,still no success.firstly tell me if it is kernel problem or some bug.i have pasted some of the outputs of my pc here:
