Bug Description

After installing tuxcmd on precise from the repository, the launcher icon appears but no application starts.

Starting from the command line reveals the following error:

If "LIBOVERLAY_SCROLLBAR=0 tuxcmd" fixes this problem than this bug should be the duplicate of bug #916295.
