Bug Description

installed tuned-gtk 2.10.0 on fresh install of Ubuntu MATE 19.10 x64 bit

(fwiw, tuned has also had a few updates since 2.10.0 https://github.com/redhat-performance/tuned)

It would also be nice to know if this automatically runs as a service because I have no idea if the tuned package simply sets and forget after you install it or if I have to do something else.
