dont even know what tumbler is.
i just installed xubuntu 14.04 fresh, and it took me here.

In my case, sometimes Tumbler stops working silently when it finds some kind of MPEG file, whereas other times it crashes and then Apport asks you to report about the bug.

I'm not sure if my problem it's directly related to this one. Anyway, I'm putting a link to a thread of the XFCE's forum, where some people are talking about this issue: http://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?pid=32343 .
