Bug Description

Upon starting camera app, given message prompt of "com.ubuntu.camera_camera com.ubuntu.camera_camera_3.0.0.387 wants to access your current location"

Expected behaviour? User friendly language and app name, not process name.

<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AccountPrivileges#Phone>: "When an app requests access to one of these things and does not currently have it, Ubuntu should display a prompt of the form '{app name} wants to access your {property}.' as a dialog over that application."

Not to be confused with bug 1356628, which is about the text overflowing the edges of the dialog; that would still be a problem even once this bug is fixed.

Nominating for RTM, because this is the first thing you see when you use the camera for the first time.

MPT - please can you mark this bug as 'High' (I don't have the necessary permissions currently).

Can you also please suggest some suitably user-friendly text to replace the current version (assuming you are the right person).
