Not registered in maven repo

The library is not registered in the local ubuntu repository.

In the official source repository there is a pom.xml file, so it should be easy to do.

I modified the package so it now registers artifacts in the local Ubuntu Maven repository using maven-repo-helper.

The new debian folder could be found here:

I modified rules, control, and added a patch that adds a pom.xml file into the source root.

If somebody will point me on some good HOWTO, I can make a pull request for this package. I stuck on finding a good documentation on the Ubuntu's source code management (bzr, "merge requests", etc...).
