a minor correction is needed but i don't know where to send the patch

You should fix the source package first then ask whether it is possible to sync the changes to the manpage site(which I doubt is an manual process)

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to file a bug.

As the above comment says, you should file a bug against the upstream source to fix the package and the manpage site will automatically get the fix when it is available in ubuntu.

I am marking this invalid for the manpage repo and adding a triggerhappy task.
