o problema é:
quando coloco para baixar um programa por meio do software torrent ele fica só em estado ocioso e não faz o download.
passou 15 minutos (ou mais) e ele não baixou nenhum mega do arquivo!

I can't reproduce this issue. I'm able to download just fine both in 1.75 and 1.76.
