Is the "torrent-complete-sound-enabled" setting in ~/.config/transmission/settings.json set to true or false?

It is false. But while looking at the config file, I noticed that there is also a setting called "play-download-complete-sound", which is true. Maybe this is causing the issue? I don’t know if there is any reason for these two settings which to me sound quite similar. Maybe there was a settings schema change and this option was left accidentally?

Hm, really strange. Now I set "play-download-complete-sound" manually to false, but transmission still plays that sound when a torrent is complete. So that other setting does not seem to make a difference, and transmission is simply ignoring the settings at this point.

Attached is a patch that should fix this. Anyone who knows what to do with transmission patches could do whatever needs doing.
