file names should have a tooltip

Bug Description

Sometimes filenames are too long to be displayed and are trunked.
If you are only interested in downloading some of the files,
a tooltip on file names is most usefull, especialy if the files
have the same prefix and you need to check the endings.

The alternative is to increase the size of the name column and then
to scroll to the right.

Personally, I find the tooltip version more convenient.

I've attached a patch to add the tooltip based on the latest source
from svn.
The file modified is gtk/file-list.c
