Bug Description
Transmission should simply pause a torrent when a mount is unavailable, and not force a re-check when resumed.
If I forget to make a manual mount, start Transmission and then connect the mount, Transmission forces a re-check. On large torrents this can take a very long time. Transmission should not do this automatically, or at least have an option to disable this.

Thank you for reporting this bug and help to make Ubuntu better. This sounds like an upstream feature request and it would be useful if someone would forward it onto the Transmission developers.
