Bug Description

Binary package hint: transmission

When I set speed limit to 0-0 for both DL & UL in specific hours, it still works. Means it cann't be left unattended.

Just checking in with an update -- the fix for this lies in a kind of dodgy area in the Transmission code, so this probably is going to have to wait for post-1.80
