Thank you for your bug report. I can't confirm this though. For me, transmission deletes all files and folders, leaving only the download folder intact (as expected). Could you provide an example torrent file that this happens with? |

Yes, I can see how this is possible.
This is fixed in trunk now upstream as a side effect of the changes for upstream ticket <http://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/1029>, which is here in Launchpad as Bug #268716 |
