Bug Description

2.82(14160) in Xubuntu Trusty Beta 1 14.04 testing in vm (Virtualbox 4.38 64bit)

Failed: Click on "Torrent -> Queue" and try the options (Move to Top, Move Up, Move Down and Move to Bottom)
Torrrents are not moved.

I can't reproduce this bug, torrents are moved as expected.

As weird as it sounds, I can confirm this bug now.

For help with debugging, this bug is reproducible in Trusty with the mentioned Transmission version, but not in Saucy with the same Transmission version.
