transmission-gtk tries to open non-existent help URL

When trying to open Help in Transmission 2.82, the browser tries to open http://www.transmissionbt.com/help/gtk/2.8x, which does not exist.

On the web server side, the URL exists now, so opening Help Contents does not lead to an error anymore. Ticket can be closed.
