Bug Description

transgui/yakkety-proposed 5.0.1-4 depends on libssl1.0.2, but the latest libssl version in yakkety repos is libssl1.0.0 which cause a broken dependency, resulting a persistent updates are available notification, where nothing can be upgraded.

The packages are made for Debian and autosynced to Ubuntu. You would have thought they had some kind of dependecy checking in place before syncing?
Anyways, this is the developement release, maybe there are plans to upgrade libssl? If not I'll create an Ubuntu specific package in a few days.
