Binary package hint: transcriber

this is Dapper up-to-date. transcriber needs to have a menu entry under Applications>Accessories.

I would be more inclined to put it under 'Sound' (i.e. Categories=Audio;AudioVideo; ). What do you think ?

Sam, sorry. I assigned it to myself 10 days ago to indicate I'll be working on it. Surely though, there's no reason to fight over one bug, there are another 23K left :-)
