Bug Description

See upstream bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=671314 and discussion starting at http://mail.gnome.org/archives/tracker-list/2012-March/msg00003.html

The net effect is for tracker to not index a file's contents if tracker-extract process is not running at the time - thus many files will get missed.

The bug is fixed upstream, but of course in a newer release (hopefully out soon). Even if 0.14 makes it out say this week, will it now be accepted into Precise? If not, can we cherry pick the fix into the Ubuntu build of 0.12 so that Tracker in Precise is not crippled by this bug?
