This bug is reported as a bug of tarcker 0.5.4-4 in feisty. Tracker 0.6.0 is not in feisty repos. -> The bug is not fixed in feisty. (But nice to see that the bug will be fixed in future releases.)
This is not a problem related to Tracker, but related to the way bugs are fixed in ubuntu.
