Could not get file info for file; tracker doesn't show results

tracker-search <keyword> does show a few email results and 1 file result.

The GUI doesn't show any results, but prints this on the console:
Could not get file info for file:///home/user/Downloads/some_document.pdf

tracker-info file:///home/… does show metadata for this document

after a tracker-control -t, tracker-control -s both the cli and gui show the correct data.

This was probably caused by renaming the files using nautilus while working on battery power.

I don't think that this is a duplicat of Bug #163544 as tracker-search does show the correct results in my case.

After restarting (tracker-control -t, tracker-control -s)
tracker-search shows:
20 e-mails
3 files/directories

tracker-search-tool shows:
no e-mails
4 files/directories
