Could not get file info for file; tracker doesn't show results

Bug Description
tracker-search <keyword> does show a few email results and 1 file result.
The GUI doesn't show any results, but prints this on the console:

tracker-info file:///home/… does show metadata for this document
after a tracker-control -t, tracker-control -s both the cli and gui show the correct data.
This was probably caused by renaming the files using nautilus while working on battery power.
