Tracker could not index .doc files by default (Intrepid)

Bug Description

In Intrepid - by default - tracker is not able to index (fulltext) .doc Documents because elinks is not installed. So the package dependency is not correct and has to be updated. You won`t get any error messages - only on debug mode you get a hint, but it says that the text could not be converted to utf8. If you try the msword filter on command line, you get the hint that elinks is missing.

With elinks installed .doc Documents are indexed and searchable.

I had wv installed as suggested in another bug report.

The tracker filter needs elinks and wv to work.

No, it only needs wv. I am running intrepid and only wv install (no elinks) and it indexes microsoft word docs very well.
