Tracker does not stop when disabled in Sessions

Bug Description

Binary package hint: tracker

Go to System->Preferences->Sessions and uncheck tracker and tracker applet in the Startup Programs tab. Logout and login again, or restart the computer, launch GNOME System Monitor and see that trackerd is still running. On hardy beta.

Ubuntu 8.04 LTS is EOL. This bug might be fixed now. Can you give us an update about this bug if it still occurs. Thank you!
