Tracker-applet can't be translated

Binary package hint: tracker-search-tool

The tracker-search-tool utility (which appears when you right-click on the magnifying glass icon in the GNOME notification area) appear in English in my Spanish desktop, and can't be translated because its strings aren't in its Launchpad template:

Some untranslated (and untranslatable) strings are:

When you click on Preferences, a dialog box appears with the following untranslated & untranslatable strings:

"Applet Preferences" (the dialog box title)
"Animation"

"Visibility"
"_Hide Icon (except when displaying messages to user)"
"Smart Pausing"
"_Off"
"_Automatically pause all indexing when computer is in active use"
"Automatically _pause if indexing may degrade performance of other applications in active use"

In my Italian installation (Hardy Heron x86_64) the "Applet Preferences" isn't translated. All the rest seems well translated.

Is this symptom still reproducible in 8.10 or 9.04?

I tested the issue in Intrepid (italian language) as Daniel sayd in his post on 2008-12-01 and the tracker "Applet preferences" isn't translated as well as it isn't in Hardy
