ubuntu hardy heron 8.04 alpha 5 updated

I've noticed that when I click on the tracker icon in gnome panel, it opens tracker search tool. When I click on it again, instead of closing the existing instance of tracker-search-tool, it opens another one.
It should open tracker search tool IF there's not an instance of it already, otherwise attempt to close the first instance.
In short: click on tracker icon -> open -> click on tracker icon -> close
