Difficult filenames crash tracker-extract

Try this:

/usr/lib/tracker/tracker-extract "/tmp/yomyoha%20(2)/Petelius.ja.Hietanen-Y%C3%B6my%C3%B6h%C3%A4/Luontoilta/10_K%E4%E4rmetanssi.mp3"

tracker-extract crashes. File name like this causes tracker-extract to crash on every boot on my system which is quite annoying. Tested on ubuntu xenial.
