traceroute package contains the /usr/lib/libsupp.a build time library

The library /usr/lib/libsupp.a appears to be in the traceroute package but the library is only needed at build time.

$ dpkg -S /usr/lib/libsupp.a
traceroute: /usr/lib/libsupp.a

I am currently using jammy/jammy-updates.

Output from the install:

...
Selecting previously unselected package traceroute.
Preparing to unpack .../122-traceroute_1%3a2.1.0-2_amd64.deb ...
Unpacking traceroute (1:2.1.0-2) ...
...

Since this isn't a runtime dependency and it is used for building containers it would be ideal if this package didn't include this file.
