Bug Description

Just tried to install trac-privateticket package on 16.04 amd64, and realized that is empty...
The .deb contains just documentation (/usr/share/doc/trac-privatetickets), but no source.
The .deb in wily was right.

It seems that this is also broken in Debian, since 2.0.3-3.1 on stretch.
Compare https://packages.debian.org/jessie/all/trac-privatetickets/filelist
with https://packages.debian.org/stretch/all/trac-privatetickets/filelist
