Bug Description

tpot was removed from Debian testing on 2023-01-25 when pytorch was removed for FTBFS with Python 3.11 [1].

We now have a new version of pytorch, but tpot fails its autopkgtests with NumPy 1.24 (LP: #2004166). As noted in that bug, there is a fix for the NumPy issue, but tpot now FTBFS with the new scikit-learn 1.2.1+dfsg-1 that was recently uploaded.

Please remove tpot from lunar.
