* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining change:
- Build without 05-openssl1.1_fix_data_mgmt.patch, since Ubuntu is still
on openssl 1.0 and this is incompatible.
tpm-tools (1.3.9.1-0.2) unstable; urgency=medium
* Non-maintainer upload.
* debian/control:
- Bump debhelper version to 10
- Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8
- Drop tpm-tools-dbg package and rely on the dbgsym ones
* Move the executables using openCryptoki to a new tpm-tools-pkcs11 package
(Closes: #830546)
