thank you for your report. I suspect this is the same as bug 1069432. If you can still reproduce the problem, does "sudo ln -s /usr/src/linux-headers-`uname -r`/include/generated/uapi/linux/version.h /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build/include/linux/" resolve it?
