touchfreeze not opening

Binary package hint: touchfreeze

I recently installed the touchfreeze but it is not responding. It is available on the menu but it does not open. Sometimes an error message appears but am I not able to transcribe because it is not appearing now (the program is not responding at all to the double clicks).
