codec install does not say anything when user cancels the install

Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

When I selected a file that needs a codec installation and cancel the selection no dialog/information is displayed that no codec is available and the file can not be played. Rhythmbox is just "blank".

This upload fixes the bug:

 totem (2.18.0-0ubuntu3) feisty; urgency=low
 .
   * 80_from_upstream_missing-plugins-show-error-on-not-found.dpatch:
     - change from upstream, display a dialog if the installer
       has not matchin plugin available
   * 81_from_svn_display_error_when_user_cancel_installation.dpatch:
     - patch from SVN, display an error if the user cancel
       the plugin installation (Ubuntu: #97580)
