can't skip unskipable DVD tracks

- so big brother got GNOME too, eh?

Like any decent DVD player older versions of totem would allow me to skip to the next track.

Totem 2.18.0 and xine-lib 1.1.4 now disables the skip-track buttons for some tracks like the logo track, the copyright track etc

I can still seek to the end of those mind-control track, but a click-and-drag x 3 isn't as easy as 3 clicks.
