dvd won't play

Bug Description

Tried to play dvd and this message comes up:
Could not read DVD. This may be because the DVD is encrypted and a DVD decryption library is not installed.

Hello and thank you for reporting this bug.

Assuming you're missing a needed encryption library as the message error says, this behaviour is expected and not a bug.

I'm setting this to incomplete until further information is received, however if you still think this is a bug, specify what you expected to happen and someone will look into it!
