Set network connection speed does not work.

Bug Description

If I go in preferances and set connection speed, it's reset to 14.4k modem every
time.

I got a feeling this means it tries to buffer the entire file every time I try
to play something from the network.

According to the upstream bug report, this bug is now fixed in Upstream's Totem
(not clear which version)
