Unable to save playlist. No dialog box appears when I click the "save playl;ist" icon. Uninstalled and reinstalled the application with no change.

Bug Description

Unable to save playlist. I can add files to it using the "+" icon, but no dialog box appears when I click the "save playlist" icon. There seems to be no "Save" or "Save as..." option on any of the menus. Looked in the help file but found no hint of this problem. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling program and came up with same results.
