Totem's volume control slider goes up to 11

Bug Description

Well, not quite. But too far, nonetheless. It seems to maximise the volume at
startup, not retaining any previous setting (this may be intentional, I don't
know), and the slider actually lies outwith the bar it should be sliding to the
end of. This also happens when the maximise volume button is clicked, but not
when manually sliding the bar or moving it with the arrow keys.

I reported this upstream http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=154164, and
according to the Totem maintainer it's a bug in the theme.
