Bug Description
With totem 1.4.1-0ubuntu4:
When playing a media file in totem, when not in fullscreen mode, pressing space does not pause. Instead, it seems to 'highlight' the volume control, but does not appear to do anything useful. When in fullscreen mode, hitting space does pause the playback, which I think is the expected behavior (this is how many other media players work - ie mplayer, vlc, etc.)

I confirm this bug. The normal behaviour can be obtained by pushing "tab" twice.
Space=pause will then work as long as you don't press "tab" anymore.
