Totem doesn't play DVB-T, channel list parsing problem

Binary package hint: totem

As of today on current karmic Totem refuses to play DVB-T with the channels list i used for jaunty (~/.gstreamer-0.10/dvb-channels.conf). Instead it tells me that it needs a channel list and should follow the linked instructions which won't get displayed. Having checked http://projects.gnome.org/totem/#dvb everything seems still alright with my channels list, therefore i believe there is some sort of parsing error in Totem.
