totem crashed after watching an .avi file

when i watched a avi movie and try to close totem i just freezes

i expected that totem closes normal

but it freezes

i tried to get the dbgsym but it just doesnt work:

E: Konnte Paket totem-dbgsym nicht finden

have you seen my attachment? maybe this helps you - even without dbgsym?

Yes i did that's why i'm asking you for another backtrace. and you need to add the repositories there for having the dbgsym packages, please read the documentation i've pointed you on my first comment: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash ; Thanks.
