Bug Description
The help for Totem states that the following will be found in the "General" preferences panel:
Proprietary Plugins
You can add proprietary plugins to handle additional
movie or audio files. To add proprietary plugins to
Totem Movie Player, click on the Add Proprietary
Plugins button.
Problem is, there is no "Add Proprietary Plugins" button. So either there needs to be one, or the helpfile should be fixed.

That option used to be there, but disapeared from the preferences panel sometime between Hoary and Breezy.
Clicking on it was simply opening a nautilus windows into the user's ~/.gnome2/ totem-addons so that the user could move codecs into that directory for Totem to use.
