Totem on Dapper F4 does not play unencrypted DVD

Bug Description

when inserting an unencrypted DVD (fresh Dapper Flight4 installation) i get the message:
"Totem was not able to play this disc. No reason"
The DVD is ok and was recorded on a VDR without encryption.

totem-xine or totem-gstreamer?

i first tried the default totem-gstreamer and then totem-xine, the problem is the same with both.
This bug seems to be a duplicate of Bug #28605
