totem-xine: subtitle and audio language selection aren't available

Bug Description

The menu items for subtitle and audio language selection are greyed out when playing ogm files containing multiple audio and subtitle streams. totem-gstreamer and xine-ui don't have this problem, neither did totem-xine 1.0.
