totem-video-thumbnailer shouldn't update thumbnail every second

Bug Description

When i copy a rather large movie over NFS to my desktop it seems
totem-video-thumbnailer tries to create a new thumbnail about every second. This
takes quite a lot of resources and the solution should be simple; it should wait
until the size hasn't changed for X seconds i think.

Thanks for your bug. Are you using hoary? This bug #8329 is supposed to be fixed
with GNOME 2.12 and it works fine for me

Yes i use Hoary.
I've read the nautilus 2.11 changelog and if you say it's fixed in Gnome 2.12
i'll take it for granted. I'll upgrade within a few days too and find out.

Breezy waits until the file is finished before thumbnailing.
