Bug Description

Binary package hint: totem

I'm using Ubuntu hardy 8.04 with totem 2.22.0-0ubuntu3. I am also using the realtime kernel -2.6.24-11-rt

I have found that there is about a 10 second delay from the time totem is launched with the movie that I want to play until the point where the movie actually starts playing - is this normal behavior?

Does this affect all of your video files. If not what codecs are being loaded for the movies this does affect?
