Bug Description
It appears that the mozilla plugin has vanished from the package after 1.1.4. I
tried building the earlier 1.1.4 versions manually, and the plugin was missing
there too.

totem (1.1.4-0ubuntu4) breezy; urgency=low
.
* debian/control.in:
- Build-Depends on dbus-1-utils to use the mozilla option (Ubuntu: #13988).
