Bug Description
I have a working DVB-S card (works well with kaffeine and xine).
I have dvb-channels.conf in ~/.gstreamer-0.10
I run Totem and select "Watch TV on 'DVB Adapter 0'", channels are correctly loaded in playlist box.
I select a FTA (free to air) channel and wait...
After few seconds the playback starts but is jerky (about 2 secs between each frame) and no audio.
Running totem-xine (channels.conf in ~/.xine ) instead crashes when trying to load channels list.
I had success running: totem-xine dvb://channelname
In this case playback is good.
I've installed totem-dbg and tried to run totem-gstreamer --debug, but i had no debugging output.

Same problem here with a working dvb-t stick (hauppauge nova-t stick). It works with xine, mplayer, me-tv, mythtv but not with totem and gstreamer.
I don't have totem-xine installed neither i'm interested to try it.
Channels are loaded correctly, video starts but it is slow and jerky and no audio.
Attached totem output with GST_DEBUG=2
