Bug Description

3.32.0-1ubuntu1 on Ubuntu 19.04 Disco fails to create a screenshot. The error produced is "Totem could not get a screenshot of the video. This is not supposed to happen please file a bug report."

Steps to reproduce:

Open a video and choose Take screenshot from the totem menu.

note: i have the problem with many .webm videos but not with .avi
